HabitsNewSet offers personalized habit-forming coaching, group workshops, and routine planning sessions. Appointments may be scheduled via our site.

2. Info Products

We provide digital guides, video courses, templates, and related materials designed to support small routine creation. Digital items are delivered via download links.

3. Goods

Our physical goods include planners, journals, and related accessories shipped to the address you provide.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Cancellations made at least seven days before a scheduled session are eligible for reimbursement. Sessions may be postponed upon request at no extra charge if notice is given three days prior. Group workshops are staffed based on headcount and thus are not eligible for reimbursement once registration is complete. This ensures fairness to all participants and proper allocation of resources.

4.2 Info Products

Because digital items are available instantly, all sales are final once access has been granted. If a download link is never accessed, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us. Approved reimbursements are issued via your original payment method or as account credit, at our discretion.

4.3 Goods

Items may be shipped back within 30 days of receipt in unused condition with original packaging. We will process your reimbursement within five business days of receipt of the item, using the original payment method. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
